The C-Suite

MĚI's C-Suite is a group of highly qualified individuals that work to manage each of their specialties. This team is the highest leadership for MĚI and works towards broadening MĚI's impact by helping its systems run smoother and efficiently.

Elise Tao

Founder & CEO

Elise Tao is a Harvard student and an entrepreneur, activist, writer, and model. She created the Menstrual Equity Initiative (měi).

Shaveni

Chief People Officer (CPO)

Shaveni is the Chief People Officer at the MĚI, where she oversees organizational strategy, policy, and team scaling.

Afia Mubashir

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Afia is a junior based in Princeton who is interested in AI safety and local governance.

Shreshta Aggarwal

Chief Outreach Officer (COO)

Shreshtha is a senior at Enloe Magnet High School in North Carolina passionate about public policy, economics, and business.
