Founder & CEO

Elise Tao is a Harvard student and an entrepreneur, activist, writer, and model. She created the Menstrual Equity Initiative (měi).

Chief Human Resources Officer

Joelle Watanabe is a junior at Boston University, majoring in Health Science with minors in Biology and Psychology on the Pre-Medical Track.

Chief Legal Officer

As Chief Legal Officer Hannah Arabi directs the organization’s high-level legal scholarship and regulatory analysis.

Afia is a junior based in Princeton who is interested in AI safety and local governance.
