Shaveni is the Chief People Officer at the Menstrual Equity Initiative (MĚI), where she oversees organizational strategy, policy, and team scaling. As a Finance major at the University of Hong Kong, she applies analytical techniques to operational leadership and governance. 

As a TEDx speaker she is featured on the topic of self-leadership. Shaveni has also served as Production Director for XinSai Magazine, managing international supplier relations and merchandise production. She brings additional expertise in UX/UI design and a strong record of scholarship recognition, including awards to study at Oxford University.
