Michelle is the Chief Financial Officer at Menstrual Equity Initiative (MĚI), where she works on building the financial systems and structures that support the organisation’s sustainable growth. Her role centers on funding strategy, internal accountability, and ensuring MĚI’s projects and local chapters are resourced in ways that align values with impact.

She is studying International Relations and Behavioural Studies at Monash University, with interests in governance, development, and institutional decision-making. Alongside her work at MĚI, she serves as Head of Campaigns at Our Youth for the Climate and is currently a part of the Ambassador's Youth Diplomacy Academy cohort at the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta, where she engages in youth-focused diplomacy and leadership work.

Her work is shaped by a long-standing interest in journalism, climate, and development, and a belief in building systems that enable meaningful and responsible social change.
